At the end of a busy, stressful day it is wonderful to be able to lock yourself in the bathroom and sink into a warm bath with a glass of wine and a book (preferably once the kids have gone to bed!). Here’s a few Aromatherapy Bath Recipes you can make at home to add to your bath to make it a truly luxurious and relaxing experience! (It is strongly advised that pregnant women and anyone with serious health conditions should consult a qualified natural therapist/aromatherapist or health professional before using any essential oils as they may have serious adverse effects.) They make wonderful gift ideas too (most of these recipes have a shelf life of about 3 weeks).
