We have published our Free Fortnightly Meal Planner to help with your meal planning and grocery shopping.

The meal planner is an Microsoft Word document which you can save to your PC and open with Microsft Word or Open Office. It is available here for download as a ZIP file:

The download file (9KB) is available in ZIP format and will can be “unzipped” on your PC using WINZIP, 7ZIP or Windows Explorer. It will need to be UNZIPPED before trying to open the file.
