How to Make Homemade Cake Mix

Homemade cake mix stored in a glass jar with flour and baking ingredients on a wooden kitchen counte.

Wouldn’t it be nice to know exactly what ingredients are in the mix with no added preservatives or other nasty additives? The basic mix will end up being a lot cheaper, too. Just throw all the dry ingredients into a ziploc bag and it’ll store for 2 months!
