Chia seeds are a very healthy packed with protein, fibre, low carb, gluten free and they actually taste good who would have thought healthy could be tasty too 😉

Method

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Chia Breaky Pudding is not suitable for freezing. The chia and yoghurt mix can be kept in an air tight container for up to 3 days so then you can add your muesli to eat on it's own is tasty too.
