Mocha Coconut Balls. If you don’t know already, we have a bit of an obsession with decadent balls here at Stay at Home Mum. These balls are the best of chocolate and coffee and the added cherries make for a taste sensation.
Cream together butter and icing sugar then add coconut, rolled oats and coffee and mix well. Roll into small balls and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours. Melt chocolate and coat balls then top with a walnut or cherry.
