Coconut Impossible Pie is incredibly easy to make, even i can make it! This pie tastes so delicious the whole family will love it!
In a large bowl beat the eggs together and add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into a pie dish and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 180 degree oven. Don’t worry if mixture seems too runny. After cooking, you will end up with a three layered custard – base, custard fillig and brown coconut top. Serve with ice cream.
