Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Spray the base of a shallow oven proof dish with cooking spray.
Combine the SR flour, sugar, butter and milk in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in the peach slices until combined.
Transfer the mixture to the oven proof dish and place in oven. Bake for approx 45 mins.
And then you can enjoy an amazing peach pudding!
If the pudding is browning too quickly in the oven, place a cover or foil over the dish for the last 10 mins of cooking time to prevent burning.
