  • 6 Anchovy Fillets
  • 1/4 cups Capers
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil

A very greek and tasty dip that is healthy, have as dish at a BBQ or as spread on crackers!

 

 

Method

  1. Put all your olives in a food processor, and process until mixture is a smooth paste.

  2. Add anchovies, capers, garlic and lemon.

  3. Process them, while it is running slowly pour the oil in.

  4. Mix until it is spreadable.

  5. Not suitable for freezing

  6. If you add extras like Tuna or Sun dried Tomatoes add a little extra oil
