Banana Almond Smoothie
Blend together with a handful of ice. Serves two. Very filling.
Banana and Oat Smoothie
Blend together with a handful of ice. The oats give it a lovely thick texture and is very good for you.
Blend for two minutes, then add some ice and blend for a further minute. Serves two.
Super Breakfast in a Cup
Blend well with some ice cubes. Should take you through until lunch time!
