Ingredients
4 Eggs-Hard boiled, cut in half
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Parsley (fresh)
0.5 tsp Curry powder
Directions
- Carefully scoop out the yolks and place in a bowl.
- Mash them lightly with the mayonnaise, parsley and curry powder.
- Either spoon or pipe the mixture back into the halved eggs and chill until ready for use.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley over the top.
Notes
- Devilled Eggs are not suitable to freeze.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
