One great way to jazz up peanut butter is to make a PB sandwich, then buy hot chips at lunch time. Put them on said sandwich - oh yum! My mum used to do this all the time as a kid and it became our familys Sunday lunch tradition. Fresh bread, peanut butter and hot chips! the PB melts a bit and goes all nice and gooey :D

One sandwich filling my kids love is honey and sultanas. Great for taking to school when you're not allowed to bring nut products, etc.
