This yummy Mexican Cannelloni recipe is perfect for parties and for special occasions. It is very easy and simple to make. For sure, everyone will love it!

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.

  2. Cook mince until brown, stir in seasoning mix and 1/4 cup of water and cook for a further 1 minute.

  3. Divide meat evenly on lavash bread and roll to form cannelloni shapes.

  4. Spread salsa on top of cannelloni and sprinkle with cheese.

  5. Bake 15 - 20 minutes or till golden brown.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Mexican Cannelloni is not suitable for freezing, best eaten immediately.
  • Season with pepper if desired. Serve with a garden salad.
