Place sausages in bottom of slow cooker (recipe says to brown them and cut into chunks but I did neither), Place the onion, bacon and capsicum into slow cooker. Top with tomato soup
Cook on low for 4 hours
You can add any vegies you like to bulk it up – I added carrot, celery, corn
A can of baked beans could be added also which would bulk it some more.
I didn’t have soup so I added a tin of crushed tomatoes and half a jar of salsa that we had in the fridge to use it up. Using the salsa I was going to add red kidney beans but didn’t have any – think this would have been yum!!!!
I served it with mashed potato/pumpkin and broccoli.
It was right on par with Devilled Sausages (our family looooooves Devilled Sausages).
