Potato Loaf  is a terrific way to use up left over mashed potato and it tastes amazing!

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Add a little more milk if the mixture is too dry.

  3. Press into a greased loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.

  4. Not suitable for freezing

  5. Delicious served warm with lashings of butter!
