Method

  1. Preheat oven to a hot 220°C.

  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  3. Sprinkle the sheet of pastry with cheese and sprinkle with the seasonings.

  4. Halve pastry and cut each half into 3 cm strips.

  5. Twist strips and place onto prepared trays.

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until puffed and golden.
