Method

  1. Put the chocolate, sugar and water in a metal bowl and melt gently over a saucepan of hot water until chocolate has melted.

  2. Mix together the custard powder and cream.

  3. Add to the chocolate mixture and stir over the heat for a further five minutes or until thickened.

  • Rich Chocolate Sauce is not suitable to freeze.
