Great way to use up mashed pumpkin
Savoury Mashed Pumpkin Slice is a great side dish or just on it’s on for morning or afternoon tea! Plus it’s a great way to use up excess mashed pumpkin!
Mix pumpkin, onion, milk and eggs together in a bowl. Pour into a greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs and dot with a little butter. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until slightly browned on top. Slice into squares and serve hot.
