lol jk, chemical dehumidifiers work best. DampRid works well for me.

Follow up because I wasn't very clear:
The typical dehumidifiers are pretty loud and useless. Our old one ran all day and barely removed any moisture. It might seem counterintuitive to keep paying instead of going with the single-pay option but it really is necessary for results. You can normally bake the powder in the oven to reuse it if you want to extend the life of each one you buy.
