Anyone not had a positive pregnancy test until late?

Tomorrow marks one week late, Im devistated to see negatives, faint lines which look like evaps, we all know the ones suddenly our hopes are up only to be dashed. The heart sinking feeling you get wondering why others who maybe shouldnt be blessed due to neglecting their kids have more and you are trying and not succeeding. It's such a long painful process.
Has anyone tested positive at 8 weeks or later?
I dont want to bother my gp with this especially given these current times.
I don't know if I can keep facing negative after negative.

I was "late" and had morning sickness but all my pregnancy tests were negative, but we were sure i was pregnant so had a blood test and it was positive (9 weeks). However with the second i had a faint positive line the day before my period was due. But with the third, needed blood test to prove it and was 8-9 weeks at dating scan (the blood test said about 6 weeks)

I had a negative test but kept having unusual cramps. Doctor sent me for and ultrasound and hello. I was 3 months pregnant

Op here thanks. I had three days bleeding but still a faint positive this am. Doctors tomorrow so fingers crossed

OP here yes I did actually had 3 eventually but before I could get into the gp (she only works 2 days) i started bleeding so i havent been yet and will see her next week when she is back on. As she has my history etc

I knew I was pregnant with my daughter, took a test and it came back negative a week later I said to my partner I’m pretty sure I’m pregnant so took another test and it was positive. I knew I was pregnant from the cramps I was getting it was different than period cramps

I was 8 weeks when i got a bfp so it can happen. That was 12 years ago. It does happen and bloods arent always right either.

With my eldest I got a negative and then a positive a week later. I cant remember the exact number of days as shes 10, but I remember the negative test was within the correct time period.

You’re not bothering your GP with this. Go get a blood test and put your mind at rest. Bloods are far more more definitive that home testers.

I dont know. A friend of mine recently got a positive on an at home test, the blood test came back negative and she demanded an ultrasound and the doctor tried to argue but eventually gave in just to shut her up and the ultrasound confirmed she was 6 weeks pregnant 🤷♀️

^ highly unusual situation if true. Most women would have detectable amounts of HCG In their blood if not in their urine

Yes I was 6 weeks till it showed I knew about 2 weeks after conception 1.5 weeks before missed period. Didn’t get a line till 6 weeks. I had the fainted faintest line at 5.5 weeks.

Yes a friend didn't ever get a positive on a test. Get a blood test and you will know for sure. X
