Im 45, I cant wear heels because of my knee issues but I sure as hell dont wear homy peds. Heaps of nice boots and sneakers out there instead.

^ haha yep was waiting for that comment. Always good to know how much they say to use, whether a second application is recommended. The ingredients and where it’s made and so on. I always (try) and read the backs of bottles. Even though I’ve been washing my own hair for 40 years now.

You also need to read it to make sure you’ve actually picked up the shampoo and not the conditioner or body wash. Yes, I’ve done that!
