On the balance of probability, yes! The advancement of that, and distance of the life on that planet are easily debated. We picture life on other planets as capable of making contact with us, however it is more likely they have not had more advancements in technology than us which is why there hasn’t been any contact made. Also when we look at other planets in far away galaxies we are looking at them in the past given the amount of distance and space.

Yeah i think there probably is, what i wonder though is do they already know about us? And if they do why havnt they made themselves known to us? And are they observing us? And if so why?

Wouldnt it be mind boggling if there were another planet out there similar to ours? It’s possible considering we are all made up of certain elements coming together, if its happened once, there is a high chance its happened again..

Of course. The size of the universe is infinite. It would be arrogant to think we are alone in it.
