Once a week... Give or take a day or two if I'm busy but weekly

We have just the article :) - How often do you change your sheets?

I'm OCD with changing our sheets. Girl's are changed mondays, boy's are changed wednesdays and mine and hubby's are changed fridays. If I don't change anyone's on their days then I can't sleep. I have been known to have to wash the youngest daughter's on Sunday because she wet the bed and then again on Monday because that's her sheet changing day. We could even go away on a Friday after I have changed our sheets, come home on the next Thursday, sleep in them once and I will change them again on the Friday. It's exhausting, but it helps me sleep so I just do it lol
