Psychiatrists treat mental illness not hurt feelings. Try a counsellor.

Exactly this. A psychologist or councillor for hurt feelings or any life issue really. Psychiatrist for mental illness and medication related to such illness.

Put your big girl pants on and confront the issue yourself. It would be a tremendous waste of time for psychiatrists if we all went simply because our feelings are hurt.
