This may be their way to express their emotions in a more intense, rebel-like way. Swearing does help fill in the empty beats pretty well too.

Because they’re not great song writers so use swear words to fill syllables or to rhyme with other words. And maybe some are wannabe gangsters who think swearing makes them look tough.

They're just words. The only thing that makes them offensive is the fact that you make them offensive. Most of the time they're used as filler or simply because they make the lyric sound better
