It's me I'm OP. Sorry I forgot I even posted this, pregnancy brain. Cervix has stayed the same, hasn't gotten any shorter which is good news. But my placenta is now completely covering my cervix (placenta Previa) so I'm being monitored very closely. Thanks for checking in :)

OP, I’m so sorry that you are going through this. Mine was very short, I had an emergency cerclage, progesterone and bed rest but the good news is that I got to 37 weeks 🎉 Keep your chin up x

Thankyou so much!! Can I ask how short and when it was detected and had the interventions? I have an app tomorrow, to re check and then go through what will happen and I'm terrified.

Mine was picked up late, not until the 20 week scan (hence the emergency cerclage). My cervix was very short, around 1.7cm before intervention. As I said, with the cerclage and bed rest I got to just over 37 weeks and had a term baby 🥰 I know it’s hard, but be brave xxx

Thankyou so much! Mine seems to be shortening very fast (only 19 weeks) so it's nice to hear that the interventions helped you! Makes me feel alot better :)

I had a 1.2 cm cervix at 21 weeks with twins and had progesterone, hospital bed rest until 26 weeks then bed rest at home for the rest of my pregnancy 35.3 weeks (full term for my type of twins) I also had weekly internal scans to monitor. Just take things easy and lots of rest. Fingers crossed for you

Yes me. I had it checked often and even though it got close towards the end I didn’t need intervention. Second pregnancy, I didn’t have the same issue but I still had regular checks Just in case.
