SMS SCAM. I am a member at cross roads and millers and get the occasional sale alerts via sms.

This morning I got a text from each, reading Millers/crossroads health essentials - hand masks, hand sanitisers etc with a link to click on. Anyone who shops at these stores know they sell clothing and accessories. My thought is that it's a scam. Has anyone else got these messages? I've deleted them and blocked them

OMG, every store associated with Rockmans, Millers, Noni B, Rivers and about 10 more others constantly send text messages daily. It is getting ridiculous. I opted out and they still continue.

I don't think they are legit. I get Millers ones every day despite blocking each number. They all have links so highly suspect.

I keep getting text from Noini B, Rockmans etc. even though I have opted out of there text messages. They still keep sending be text but use a different mobile numbers. So now I have set up Block Noni B contact and keep adding there mobile numbers each time they send a text message.

For those wanting refunds...go into a store and ask when the next visit from the regional manager is. Go in on that day and speak to them. They get paid more to deal with problems so give it to them. Please be kind to the store staff, they are powerless to do anything.

Hi this definitely is a scam - I have lost over $350. They are in cohorts with ABM NSW Pty Ltd. At least I have the satisfaction of knowing that all the products I have sent back, Australia Post makes them pay return postage. ABM NSW Pty Ltd send products that are not ordered or paid for. I have received a mobile phone, and 3 other deliveries. Obvious attempt at identity theft are angling for your credit card details. Want to get rid of all the advertising you are receiving which you can't unsubscribe to, go in and put in a fake email address. I will never set foot in a Rivers and associated shop again or order anything from them again.

It sounds like I am not alone.I, too have ordered hand sanitisers via Rockmans nearly 2 mos ago.Got a confirmation letter but haven't receceived my order.I e-mailed them and never gotten a reply back, only a avague generic e-mail and an offer of discount for next purchase.Very disappointing.Not going to shop at Rockmans anymore!,

You're welcome love. I saw a story on 'Today' last week because so many people are complaining. They said to contact a consumer protection agency. Don't put up with this. They're assholes praying on vulnerable people. I will be cancelling my membership with every one of their stores this week. Good luck with everything ❤

Hi all, just thought I'd let you all know that to my surprise,the hand sanitisers I ordered finally arrived!.I didn't get any notifications prior to.Just a note from Aust post to pick thrm up.I'm relieved but still not happy the way they handle btheir business.Hopegully,your orders will come or at least get refunded.All the best!x

I don’t believe it’s a scam, as it is the same website from which II have been ordering over the past 2 years. I have had to go to the Office of Fair Trading and would advise all social media users to do the same. I wonder if the company is going to fold. Hopefully if enough people complain, Office of fair trading will go to ACCC and they won’t be allowed to trade online. Would be interested to know if new orders are being filled, as mine are from March

Same here, order was supposed to come 1st April. Next Email received said, delay now 1st May. They arrived around 15th May when everywhere has them for sale. Not bad a $70 for a litre when you can buy it for $17 Ltr anywhere. I also cannot contact them for a return. My bank is trying to recover my money as I cancelled payment two days after I put the order in.

Hi I work for Noni which is a member of the same group of companies. It is not a scam but they are only sold online. You can get your local store to order it for you on line if you don't have access to the internet or a computer. We were told about it but I think that the text was a bit confusing given how many people rang or came in today asking about it.

then where is everyone's order? I ordered on 18th March and It is now the 18th May but no sanitiser, cannot contact anyone at Katies? On product review there are countless people with the same complaint.

^ Depending on how you paid, you might be able to open a dispute over this. Sometimes afterpay or PayPal can give them a kick up the bum.

I ordered online 2 months ago through WLane and am still waiting. Have contacted customer service to cancel order and get refund, but they will not do it. They are still promoting the product for sale. Think it is a scam.

I work for Mosaic, I don't think any of you will receive your orders at all sorry. We haven't been trading but I am getting 100's of angry phone calls while working in our closed shop. No one has any answers, especially us working in the stores. They don't give us the power to help you, so do whatever you can to get refunded but please don't get angry at the shop staff. Emailing the CEO has been working for some customers.

It would help to have the CEO's email address, I thank you for your response. I have used every avenue available to me with no replies for the hand sanitiser. Just taken my money and completely ignored all of my inquiries. SHAME.

No one at all has recieved the santiser, we were told when it launched on the website that the pre-order was, I quote "a bit of smoke and mirrors", I have worked for the company long enough to know that means they're doing something dodgy (as usual) they encouraged us to use our store computers to order for elderly women that couldn't use their internet at home, I didn't comply with this because I'm not a scum bag, none of my staff would ever do this either.
I'll probably get found and sued for this but it's the truth.

Me also. I cancelled two days after I paid Millers but the bank did not do it. I have just received my 10 bottles for $69.95. 18th May. Three bottles were undone & leaking into package. What a scam. You can buy 1lt for $17 now. Due date was to have been 1st April, then it was extended to the 1st May. I no longer needed them then

Rivers are included in this too, all of them Katies, Crossroads, Noni B, Rockmans have all lost my $’s for life. Im repulsed by their price gouging and will never forget it.

ive also had the same issue - ordered hand sanitizer on 21/3 and received a confirmation order. rang numourous times and they hang up on me after 15 minutes. Not happy with their service. $70 is alot of money to those that arent working at the moment

I will never order anything again from any of these stores. Got charged twice on 18th March, only got refund last week after 3 calls. No confirmation email for order. I put down my work address as I work in disability and really need this ppe..2weeks ago the mask arrived at Miller's , it then got sent to the post office for collection. Rang customer service again complaining that it wasn't delivered to my address, so they put in my address again for delivery of the hand sanitizer. So Aus post email to say delivery coming yesterday. Well no delivery but I got an email to say it has been delivered. $600 worth of ppe ordered 18th March and all I have are face masks. I have spread the word to family staff friends of the bad service I have received from this company. Not good at all. People need this ppe , you got the money but we don't get the product. Absolutely disgraceful.

I am in the same boat...called, automated service says to hold the line until someone answers then 15 minutes later says they are too busy, go online, send an email and they disconnect the call. So I sent emails, not just one, sent messenger messages, went into a store yesterday and all they could do was contact head office, who aren't answering and send email on my behalf and they haven't had a reply either. I bought mine via Autograph online but all those companies are owned by the one company known as MOSAIC...I am actually beyond angry as they have taken $138.95 from me and no goods. My orders were placed on 26/3 and 3/4. By the way, Sydney Tools have done the same thing, so our men go order sanitiser and they failed to inform that the item is discontinued, how about that, advertising a product that does not even exist. I fought 6 weeks and got a refund from them but this is going longer, I am now in process of filing with ACCC and calling my bank to say I have been scammed.

They are a SCAM, anyone advertising a product, takes your money and doesn't provide the goods is a SCAM. I purchased on 26/3 and 3/4 hand sanitiser from Autograph. Have been calling head office for 2 weeks now, the automated service tells you to stay on phone until someone answers, that your call is important to them. Then at the 15:07 mark they give another automated message that says because of the Covid situation, they cannot answer as there are too many calls and suggest to go online and send an email and they disconnect the call. Which I have been doing last 2 weeks, NO RESPONSE...I have sent Messenger messages and again NO RESPONSE, have even walked into a store physically yesterday, they told me it's not good enough, they tried to call, no response, they sent internal email, again no response. They have deducted my credit card for the two amounts $69.95 and $69 and I have not received the goods. I have requested full refund but you guessed it, NO RESPONSE. I am now filing complaint with ACCC as this is a SCAM by a reputable company. Autograph, NoniB, Millers, BeMe, Katie's and others are owned by the one and same company called MOSAIC. I will be calling my bank too and let them know that this company is scamming people. Disgusting.

Perhaps it has been dispatched but the hold up is Australia post. I’m not paying any attention to the dates they say I can expect something to arrive because at the moment everything is taking much longer than usual to be delivered.

It's geuinely from Millers but a price gouging exercise. They are a clothing company not a pharmaceutical company. So they have someone got hold of supplies that should be sold elsewhere. and offering them at disgracefully high prices, trading on people's anxieties. Shameful conduct. The masks filter bacterial only and will not stop corona or any virus. You need P2 masks for viruses including Covid-19. Shame on millars to taking advantage of people. It is more dangerous to use the wrong mask and think you have protection when you do not , than wearing no mask and being more careful.

& the price of the hand gel was a rip as well.

I went in to Noni B to check and you actually can order them online through Noni B. If you get the store code and collect them from the store, you can avoid delivery charges. They are 100ml bottles. A pack of 10 costs $59. Delivery takes about 2 weeks. So its not spam after all.

I ordered and paid for a pack of sanitisers from Noni B a couple of days ago. Did not receive a confirmation email as they said would happen. Paid via PayPal but few minutes later was concerned could be a scam so tried to receive refund from PayPal. There are no contact details to contact seller as there usually is. I am highly suspicious of this. Have tried to find out if is a scam but no info as yet. Think should have followed the advice 'When in doubt don't'.

Hi OP here. I went into autograph.com.au and it was on their site. I rang my local store and the lady knew nothing about it. She too looked on their site and said 'I guess we do'. Why wouldn't staff be informed of these things? Anyhoo, I won't be wasting anymore of my time looking into it 🙂
