I sell jewellery! (Rings, earings, necklaces ect).
I found 2 wholesalers, 1 in China and 1 in US, I buy from both of them as both have Great quality! I started selling on eBay and then once my sales went up I opened a online store.
Honestly anyone can sell anything.
Find something you are passion about start small and grow.

Around 350k
Around 120k
I don’t use an offset cos it screws with my negative gearing/tax so I’m better off taking the money that smashing the debts. The last two years our only savings is for the next holiday so it gets cleaned out every 6 months.
No other debt (mortgages totalled are at about 400k)
Next financial goal is retirement lol. Or semi retirement, my business is very successful but also a community service.
In 6 years I’ll never need to work again and have things secured. (At the moment the mortgages mean it’s not “secure” enough for me) but my buisness gives back so I may work for free. If I don’t decide to travel. I don’t know I just know in 6 years iv hit my last financial goal.

I don’t mind sharing , I own a fairly successful (that I won’t share what it is lol) that pulls in around 100k for around 20 hours a week.
Then the rest all comes from property and rental incomes. All of them though are about 80% owned ir more so the mortgages are low and the return is high.
2 of the are large properties with 3 dwellings and so they return over 1000/1500 a week.
The other one is a unit so the return no where near as high and more expenses. But we are holding onto it for retirement as it’s beach front.

The 2 units we own.
But my Father in law lives in one so we keep it as it’s perfect for him and the other as I said it will be good when paid off.
We will start to be ahead on that one next year.

We are both 31, between us we earn roughly 180k. Mortgage is $400 per week. We have roughly $20k in savings atm but another 8k in our debt account. When that gets to $10k we lump on the mortgage. We have 2 children and currently TTC #3.
Next financial goal is to pay off our mortgage by 38.
