Not sure that can happen. Maybe you should calm your mind. I don't think imaginary scenarios are helpful.

Not sure diseases work that way. As in mix together. But you could catch them, either simultaneously or back to back and that could make You extremely sick. And or you at greater Risk of other life threatening illness like pneumonia
