Appreciation gift from a small business at christmas

So we have a small lawn and garden business. We give out small appreciation gifts each year. This year we are getting a personal merry Christmas chocolate wrapper with logo being made. Making a happiness kit bag and a nice card with a spiel about this year being mint with some mints aswell... If you were given it would you think it's stupid? Or not?

Like usual I have gone nuts lol we will have a nice box with the happiness kit bag, minties cause their support "mint" alot, a personalised biscuit and a pen with our logo.

My dog washer gives me a little bauble for the Christmas tree each year, and a nice biscuit for the dog.
Its a lovely thought and the bauble adds to the collection on the tree, and advertises the business. There is a present from the dog to the washer too of course.

A friend of mine used to own a mobile pet grooming business and she just gave out stubby coolers with her business logo on them. Handy.

Fuck no. A thought out token of appreciation, with quality shit in it, and it's free? Do it! Your customers will be touched that YOU'VE given them a gift. I know that at Christmas, it's usually US giving the business a gift as a sign of appreciation for doing a good job.

Usually is, we have got given some awesome things from our lovely clients. We do this every year and it's awesome. I just wasn't sure if the ideas sounded silly. I'm very excited for it now though. I may have gone a little nuts on eBay though lol

I'd feel like the business was one of the few that appreciated me as a client. It's increasingly rare imo.

We absolutely appreciate our clients, we wouldn't be where we are without them 😊 I think that's why we love doing it every year. I was just unsure if these ideas were silly. We have done favourites chocolates, succulents etc. We also do regular give aways which is so much fun and love the interactions

I, personally, feel like these type of things are what sets some busineses apart from the rest.
