For those of you that use Bio Oil, how do you use it? On certain areas, on your whole body? Once or twice a day?

Answered 4 years ago

I read that it has Vitamin A, so does that mean that you need to use sunscreen when you use it too?

Yep nothing! Im not sure how they are still in business, you can literally use any other oil and it dose the same thing, Grapeseed Oil is better then Olive Oil, but you probably couldnt tell the difference

I used Bio Oil on my belly twice a day (morning & night) during my first pregnancy. I did not get any stretch marks on my belly. Second pregnancy, I only did it once a day, if I remembered. Both I & baby was a little bigger. I got a about 10 small stretch marks that time.
Not sure if it was the Bio Oil or my skin type that helped minimise stretch marks. But think it's worth a try.
