My hubby likes to play music when the old man next door is using power tools and last week his old lady said to me your hubby has been good lately before I could say anything she walked away

I dreamt I was given a fish in a bowl and there was nowhere to put it down. I couldn’t go to sleep in case I dropped it.

What do you make of this? I’m usually quite friendly to my neighbors and wave and say hi if I see them outside. This morning my neighbor was getting in her car and waved at me but did not smile or say hi.

I play music when the neighbour mows his lawn at 7 Am on the weekend. It's one song on repeat so he can listen to that while he does the rest of the gardening.

No, I will annoy him as long as he annoys me.
For years I have not had a sleep in as he is out making noise from around 7. I have asked nicely, contacted the council and nothing changes. So he gets the most annoying song played on repeat all day to listen to.
