Men are simple creatures. It’s easier to say love you. It’s one less syllable they have to say.

Or it's just a reflex.

i think ‘love you’ is easier to say. It’s less emotional, less risky. It’s probably not as romantic as “i love you” but I think the person saying “love you” means it, they might just find it tough to say it the other way.

Read up on "the languages of love". Just google it.
There are about 5, and men often express love differently to women.

Men are often not great at verbalising their feelings anyway. They often express love by "doing things" for their partner.

Its a very interesting field of knowledge that is often used in couples counselling, and will help your understanding.

It's called The 5 love languages by Gary Chapman.

If you're going to talk about something atleast know what you're on about.

"I love you" means he loves you.

"Love you" means he loves you.

So, stop overthinking it and accept he loves you.

Happy days ❤

The only real difference is that one is a bit lazier than the other. It doesn’t mean anything else. Trying to look for fault that isn’t there will destroy your relationship. Take it from someone who is getting bitter from too much heartbreak and have been the one who had every single thing they said over analysed. You destroy your own happiness by trying to find something that isn’t there.

I'm sorry ❤. Sometimes life isn't as easy as it is for other people. There's some of us who are different for different reasons, things that have happened to us along the way have altered us. For better or worse, we will never fit the mould. You have to find a way to manage yourself, never stop searching for the answer. Do what makes you happy & feel free. Your not alone. ❤
