Does anyone know the name of the rent assistance form, I am trying to help a elderly neighbor. They don’t use center link online service and going into a office is a 45 minute trip one way.

Sorry I can’t help you but wanted to say how awesome you are for trying to help your elderly neighbour. I’m helping my mum with Centrelink stuff and it’s so bloody hard. No wonder a lot of elderly people just give up and miss out on benefits.

I am happy to download it as long as I have a link to the form, I viewed the forms section and looked under R for rent assistance but couldn’t locate it

She is renting privately so doesn’t have a rental arrangement, she was told it can be downloaded from the form section

They need to mail it out to you. She will need to call them and ask for a new one or you can set up an account for her with myGov and request one on there.
