Im the OP, i didnt think it was a real thing either, but a woman i know told me she is considering another one so she can afford to get her other two up thru highschool as she cant find a job (she has a degree) and has kind of run out of options. :/ She is in government housing too, and once her other kids are 18 she will lose her house, unless she has another baby, in which case she would keep the house for another 18 years.... After hearing this, i had to ask this question, i wondered is there more like this out there?

Buying her more time to find a job maybe? But she woul be switched to newstart so still get money and I am assuming govt housing.
I know of people that have kids to avoid working. I girl I went to school with has 3 kids all 7 years apart.

I have one child, would love more however cant. When people pop kids out for money and neglect them it breaks my heart. You dont have kids for money or to stay on hand outs. Thats just morally wrong.

Does anyone remember the baby bonus? One for mum, one for dad and one for the country. That worked out well. (it's a shame you can't hear my sarcasm)
