I bought one from Kmart. Works really well and not overpriced. Easy to clean as well.

I have two, my teens use it for chips and chicken and meat. It gets them to cook so well worth it. I bought one on Groupon to try it, then saw a bigger one and got it too.

Yes they are according to me. You can cook lots of stuff in it and it takes half the time. Made rump steak and chips in mine tonight in 15 minutes all up. I’m onto my 2nd one. 1st had a flashy Phillips expensive one for almost 2 years and then bought the 5l one from KMart for I think $59. Does the same job. It’s scary to see the amount of fat in the bottom tray when you fry fatty foods. Makes everything nice and crispy and even golden.
