I’m keen to get one. A bit overwhelmed by all the product reviews. Anyone got advice? Appreciate recommendations on what to get or what not to get. Budget not an issue, I assume you get what you pay for. Ideally want something that works on carpet, mops, and is quiet. I understand I’ll still need to mop and vac however to take the pressure off in between and reduce my stress levels (I’m a bit obsessive about cleanliness) and outsource some of my stressors I thought I’d look at this. Thank you everyone.

I have an iRobot and I love it. This is my second one (first brand I can't remember but it wasn't nearly as good!).

Roborock s50 or s6. Best reviews out there, I researched a lot before buying one. It is seriously amazing.

I have one but partner has decided it's not worth the bother. That's his opinion though. I found it really good for helping stay on top of the vacuuming as I'd put it on at night (at the opposite end of the house so it didn't disturb our sleep) I was always grateful not to have to add vacuuming to my agenda each day. Note I say was - partner point blank refuses to let me use it. I leave the vacuuming to him now seeing as he chooses to be such a turd.

we have two, one for the inclosed outdoor/sun room that is our gym it is a cheap deebot one that does not have any proper mapping you just start it and it goes in one direction until it bumps into things then it turns so many degrees and goes the other direction and does this over and over until its battery gets low then it docks and charges. It works for what we want for that area.
The one in the main house is a smart roborock, it has laser guidance does full mapping and back and forth cleaning of the full room so all areas of the floor are cleaned. It is also controlled by an app so you can clean particular rooms areas, set it to go when you are away from home and see what it has done. Also can set areas to avoid It has a gravity mop attached as well that works is not perfect but better then nothing

We got the Deebot Ozmo 950 about 6 months ago on special! Brought it for all the reasons you want one. It does a great job. Mopping function only does a light job but better than nothing. Vacuum function is really good and it can adjust it's suction to what surface it is on.
