Hair chewing

So my youngest (3) has taken up the fantastic habit of chewing her hair. Tips? Hints? Help? I don't particularly want to cut it, she has taken this long to grow it shoulder length. I pull it up and she just pulls it out 🤦♀️

Show her the video of the giant hair ball that was cut out of a lady’s stomach. That should scare her.
