Was suppose to get goods delivered today between 10am and 1pm a text 30 min before goods arrive. I rang the truck company at 1 and the lady said I will ring the driver and the driver is now putting goods on truck and my delivery between 5pm and 6pm
Would you ask for a delivery refund ?

They won't. It's pretty common & it's 'estimated' not guaranteed. If you complain you might fi D yourself stuffed around, waiting for days for delivery in revenge.

Probably in the terms and conditions something about subject to change or something
