My boobs hurt like hell.

I came off the pill and my boobs hurt so bad. Doc said it will settle but it’s been six months. Even the gentle bounce with walking is agony. I don’t know what’s worse, wearing a bra or taking it off! Anyone else had this problem? Ps, it’s constant, not cyclic and I’m definately not pregnant.
