I dont pay for anything with cash so it wouldn't bother me. But I also refuse to pay credit card surcharges I would just go elsewhere if they had that.

Good move I think. Imagine where that cash has been, through so many hands. I do like the idea of the cashiers wearing gloves though and I agree with the fact that a lot of older people use cash.

My kids school yesterday announced a cash ban for the school fair next week. You have to use tokens purchased from the school office before the fair. Parents weren’t happy but the fair has now been cancelled anyway.
