Geraldton, WA. Winter days are usually mid twenties, summers are mostly under 40. It does get a bit humid but you're not going to avoid it if you want a warm winter. House prices are cheap at the moment, you can buy a house for $100 000. Rent is reasonable.

All the little coastal towns between Perth and Kalbarri have nice weather

There's a few anti social issues in some of these WA towns though, but I guess that's the same over east no?

I didn't know it was the second windiest place on earth 😂. I lived there for 8 years myself you must get used to it after a while. Come to think of it we did have a cyclone hit once and I remember everyone saying it was calmer than the average windy day 😂.

Geraldton does have anti social issues but unless you are involved in it then it doesn't affect you. I lived there for 8 years and 2 of those years was in a bad suburb, we never had any trouble. There's break ins but they happen everywhere. The smaller mid coastal towns are really good with no issues at all usually.

Gold Coast really does have the most middle ground perfect weather.... yes it can be humid but you adjust after your first summer.
28-32 for about 9 months a year, a scorching hot day is 34....

I just bought water front and near to the beach for 1 million
Depends where you go price can start at 400 for a house.
500-600 starting price for suburbs closer to the beach.

Then you’ve gotta go to Perth for houses around 350k, but anywhere that’s affordable by the beach is either far from work other wise you’ll be about 20 minutes from the beach or in a dodgy town.
And the weather is coooold in winter.
I spent some time near Kalbarri which is affordable and stunning with amazing weather but work is hard to come by.

Adelaide gets fn hot in the summer but it's dry heat which I find more bearable than humidity. I like the climate here, autumn winter & spring are all great.

Yeah I'm in central NSW and we can have -15° in winter and over 50° in summer. Definitely would not recommend if you're looking for consistent weather

Ummm I think the farther north you go the more humid it is but also warmer all year round minus cyclones. Let me know where you end up cos I need a sea change too

I live in southern Victoria on the coast and we get plenty of humid days in summers. Obviously nothing like up North but I don't think you can escape humidity. Personally I think anyway along North NSW coast is pretty good weather wise but I never been to Perth so don't know how it compares

Coastal not too far north and not too far south.
