The baby takes their share of the nutrients first. As long as your meals are healthy, that's fine. You may find you're hungry more often, making a person burns A LOT of calories.

If that’s how you normally eat, absolutely fine to continue. Towards the end of pregnancy, you’ll probably find you can’t manage a large meal anyway, due to the baby putting pressure on your stomach. As long as you gain a healthy amount of weight and baby isn’t measuring small, just follow your hunger cues and eat how you would normally eat.
