Going grey at 31?

I’ve just turned 31, during the past year i have noticed prominent grey hairs appearing. Maybe 10-12 so far (that i can see!) I have been under a fair amount of stress the past couple of years. I didn’t think this would start this early? Anyone else started to go grey early?

Yeah thats totally normal, many people start going grey in their 20’s, it’s just that we all dye our hair so no one knows anymore that people age and get grey hair

I'm 38 and if I go 1 week over my 4 week hair colour appointment shit gets real..... I'm super grey!!

I'm 34 and have been going grey in the beard and hair since my later 20's. Also going bald too, so overall hair is not my friend in showing my age. I am honestly not too worried about it...plenty of more important problems to deal with.

I have a friend who was going gray in her 20s, no one would know if she didn't tell them. She just died her hair all the time.

31 isn’t that young to start going grey. You probably have a lot of friends and acquaintances that are greying and you have no idea because they dye their hair.

I’m 33 and have just found about 6 😱 also under a lot of stress. Funny enough I just started colouring my hair about 2 yrs ago and when I started that I remember a lady saying to me “ when you start doing that the greys will come “

31 isn’t really early. I started when I was about 33. I went to school with someone who was mostly grey at 16. Poor girl. It was genetic in her family.

I just turned 27 and have 3, at least
But I've dyed my hair since like 19yrs old so not sure if that affects it more or what. But didn't stop me dyeing it to hide the greys I found 😂
