Years ago, at a conference on excellence in team based operating, and human resource management excellence, I saw a presentation their staff did on how they maintained a focus on the customer.
What they were doing was unbelievable.
I followed up with a visit to them, and they were indeed doing exactly what they had presented.
One of the most advanced, people oriented businesses I have ever seen.
With systemic thinking in the way they manged the organisation. "Systemic" thinking is understanding how every work process or business system is linked to every other one, and that if you cut costs, or change, one work process it can cause problems in others.
They understood how treating staff well linked to staff treating the customer well. Their people worked hard because they loved the organisation, and felt valued and listened to. And the whole place was on board with the organisational vision.
Definitely worth working for.

just like any workplace. Just work hard, smile, do not get involved in office drama and you'll be fine. You are rewarded for hard work and loyalty, as long as you work hard, smile and be respectful. Probably the best company I ever worked for, would have stayed for life if we didn't move to remote nwa.
