I have recently had an ex come back into my life through mutual friends. We haven't been together for 5 years but there was never really any closure as we both moved on pretty quickly. Should I approach him? We will be attending a BBQ at this mutual friends place this weekend. I'm pretty keen to hook up but I think he has a partner?

Do you have a partner? If you do, leave it right there. If he's at the BBQ and has a partner, he may bring her and you'll have your answer. If he comes alone, approach him as an aquaintence, not like he was the one that got away. If it's meant to be, it'll be ♥️
