We use a password protected spreadsheet.
You can get apps that create unique passwords, store & apply them automatically. I don't use them because I don't trust hackers, or apps being discontinued or malfunctioning when I need them. Too much reliance on one product that you don't know who can access.
Don't use the same password/pin for everything. For important sites, like PayPal, banks, etc., use unique ones. Otherwise a low security site, like a blog, can get hacked, your login details stolen & they get access your money or identity.
