Abortion

Answered 2 years ago

I know American has the deep bible built conviction in so many big topics

I won’t how Australia is influenced by that being America has its hand on us in so many ways.

Do you beleive in abortion?
If not is it because of religious view?
Have you know both sides? This who wishe they’d never had the abortion and those who wish they had?

Genuinely curious

I believe it is the choice of someone to have an abortion. I believe in early abortion. I don't believe In it once a fetus is formed. I work in a mortuary and am surprised at the amount of people who bring in an aborted large baby for some form of ”care” we will say for a service.

That is disgusting that they think it is ok to kill their baby and then want you to care for it as though they had no part in it, especially if the poor baby was developed

I believe abortions is only ok in very few cases, it shouldn't be a form of birth control.

I’m sure most people don’t consider having an abortion as birth control.

I'm pretty sure it goes on a registry so they can monitor people who are having multiple ones for that reason

I am for all for abortions!! I’ve never had one but if I were to get pregnant now at 39 I wouldn’t even think about it, I’d be booked in that day. No one has the right to decide what a woman does with her baby except her!!!!

I'd rather be influenced by free thinking America than the filthily oppressed Middle East and the Beyond Help Africa.
I think also you need to work on your English. That is - grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, etcetera.

America is definitely not free thinking.
I personally do not want to be influenced by capitalist, oppressive pigs or backwards thinking religious pigs from either America or the Middle East.

Do you want to force a child to give birth or a woman give birth to a baby that will be born dead or severely disabled ?

Humanity reasons? Explain?
Are you fostering thousands of children whos parents cannot care for them or will not care for them? Why is a living child and a living woman, viewed as less than an embryo or foetus ?

I'm pro choice. That's it

ANSWER

I'm definitely pro choice and I know a few people who have had abortions. My cousin, for example, was 16, made an incredibly stupid choice to have unprotected sex with a 20 year old who was constantly beating and abusing her. Finding out she was pregnant was her wake up call, she had an abortion and left him. She is now 28 and has gone on to have 3 absolutely gorgeous kids with an incredible man now and we, as her family, supported her and are so proud of her now. She doesnt regret her decision to have an in the slightest. She does regret being stupid and putting herself in that position to start with. My best friend, on the other hand, had an abortion at 21, desperately wanted to keep the baby despite it being a "surprise". But her boyfriend told her that he would leave her if she kept it and just generally manipulated her until he was able to convince her to have an abortion and she felt she had no support because he had pushed all her family and friends away. (90% of us would have been there in a heart beat if we knew, but we didn't find out until later). Once they did break up and she realised the support she really did still have she broke down and told us what had happened and even now, 6 years later, says it is her biggest regret. I found out I was pregnant while she was going through this and had no idea that she was and my heart breaks for her every time I catch her staring at my daughter with that tear in her eye.

People should be able to choose. But I agree that it shouldn't be your go to contraception. If I magically ever get pregnant again, I will get an abortion, as we do not want any more kids and I believe it would be very negative to my mental health. I highly doubt I'll ever need to though, considering I've never been pregnant unless actively trying.

Okay, as poorly written as this is, I think I get the gist enough to answer.
I am pro choice on the matter. I've never had an abortion, but I know that I would get one if I deemed it necessary.
People often confuse pro CHOICE with pro abortion, but there's a big difference. I'm not saying we should all go out and have them done just for the hell of it. It's a very serious and personal decision, and should only be used sparingly. However, if someone decides that an abortion is what's best for their circumstances, I won't object or interfere. Your uterus, your choice.

You just saved me having to write this. I'll add...
Unless you're the one who will raise the child you can't force your view onto someone then go on your merry way and forget about them.

I've seen the results of women who've been shamed into keeping the pregnancy. It's not always a good result for either child or mother.
