Yes and no. A smaller than average penis doesn’t matter if it’s used well. A very, very small one and it doesn’t matter how skilled it’s owner is, it’s pretty useless. Alternatively a larger than average one is
a shameful waste if it’s owner doesn’t use it effectively. But a bigger than average penis with skills is quite amazing.
