And it’s a poor count china is disguising many of the deaths they aren’t diagnosing many of them, a few posts from people have circulated about thi.

Not a media circus at all. You should be cautious and something the can spread into an absolute mess. Basic hygiene, avoiding crowds especially in tourist areas amet.
