So i was strangled by an ex partner (he went to jail for it).

One minute i was awake, then he grabbed me from behind and strangled me, i couldnt breath and that was that.....

I walked up the hall way and saw him pacing back and forth and saying ‘that bitch better not be dead’ the. I went back up the hallway and saw myself laying face down on the bed.

Then a black and white old style ‘movie’ started playing and i could see my whole life since birth playing very quickly, all the things id done, things id forgotton about EVERYTHING, then it got to the part in my life where i had my daughter, at that moment i ‘remembered’ i had a daughter and she was in the house and ‘he might kill her too’ then sudddenly with a kind of massive gasp i was back in my body and running to save her.

Which i did, i ran to her grabbed her and we ran for our lives, we hid in a shed on another property i locked us in and she called the police (she was only 6 😭😭) the phone was in my back pocket and i was in terrified shock as was she obviously.

The police rescued us, they found him and he went to jail.

Omg so scary
